A delicate balance existed between Mark’s software architecture team, Deloitte & Touches' insurance and offshore teams and the client’s technical staff. Projects encompassed key business solutions, integrated client systems, and project management across client stakeholders, including Legal, Customer Service, Sales, IT, Marketing, and Claims.

Mark focuses on anticipating organizational change issues and risk exposure by proactively planning for their mitigation or resolution. Mark is adept at filling the knowledge gap between business and technical teams, thereby ensuring coordinated deployments of technical solutions for business stakeholders and end-users.
